Updated Brand Profile
We've added additional pages, fields and features to the Brand Profile.
With these updates, Marketing 360 users can now capture more important brand details right in their account to help them stay on-brand throughout their marketing efforts.

CRM Primary Field Locking and Forms Improvements
We've added Form field locking to reduce field mapping errors between Marketing 360 Forms and CRM, simplify the form creation process, and strengthen the integration between the CRM and other Marketing 360 apps.

New Sending Domains Settings Page
The new Sending Domains Settings Page in Marketing 360 Email Marketing makes it easier for Marketing 360 users to authenticate their domain to comply with industry guidelines.

New Zapier Integration with the Leads Inbox
Our new Create or Update Lead Zap allows Marketing 360 users to create more lead sources in their Leads Inbox so that they can track and nurture leads from other softwares and apps.
This powerful new integration streamlines workflows and reduces time spent manually copying leads and customers over from one system to another. It also allows businesses to use Marketing 360’s marketing automation tools to nurture leads and customers from other apps.

More customization options in Marketing 360® Forms
We’ve added advanced customization options to Marketing 360 Forms to make it even easier for our customers to create branded forms that capture the information they need.
What’s new:
New Form designer: Customers can now edit their form colors, fonts and button styling from the new design tab in our form editor.
New Brand Profile sync: New forms will now pull in fonts and colors from the Brand Profile to predesign forms based on brand assets.
New File Upload field: Customers can now accept file uploads on their forms to capture information like resumes, product specs, images and other important information they need.

Improved Import Contacts Flow in the Marketing 360 CRM
We've made improvements to the Marketing 360 CRM to make it more intuitive and seamless to upload existing contacts into the CRM via manually adding contacts, file upload or using the Marketing 360 Mobile App.

Get Google Guaranteed with Marketing 360®
We’ve streamlined the Google Guarantee verification process for Marketing 360 customers. Now, Marketing 360 customers can complete their Google Guaranteed verification and start running Google Local Services Ads with Marketing 360. This new feature, available in the Ads app, offers a quicker way to get Google Guaranteed and start running LSA with Marketing 360. This feature is available for U.S registered businesses in eligible categories.

Add videos to Product Pages using the Shop App
Shop App users can now add videos to their product pages, so they can show their products in-action with attention-grabbing videos from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and more.

New Leads Inbox Dashboard
We added a new dashboard to the Leads Inbox to give customers more insights into their lead performance. This new dashboard displays important lead metrics and can help remind users to reach out to unread leads.

New CRM Overview
The new CRM Overview provides quick insights into CRM Activity so that Marketing 360 CRM users can get a quick overview of their leads, lead sources, deals, tasks and recent CRM activity.
This Overview will pull from data stored in the Marketing 360 CRM and Leads Inbox, giving users a central place to view important CRM and Leads metrics.
