Exciting Improvements To The Marketing 360 CRM

We've updated the Marketing 360® CRM to make managing business contacts easier than ever before. The CRM Contacts page and individual contact profiles now have a new design and great new features that make managing contact details more user-friendly. Now, CRM users can take advantage of a new Notes section to quickly store and access contact notes, quick action buttons to call, text, email and charge contacts with ease, and a better integration between the CRM and Payments app through a new CRM Contact and Payments customer profile connection.
